In the event that a free trial or promotional period is offered, full payment will be required before the trial period begins. During the trial window, if applicable, users may request a refund, subject to the conditions defined by CSR Guruji and applicable charges. Once the trial period ends, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of the service or program they are enrolling in and assess its relevance to their needs. Enrollment is non-transferable.

By using a third-party payment provider, users agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the payment provider. CSR Guruji is not liable for any losses incurred due to third-party payment provider issues.
Failure to make timely payment may result in the withdrawal of access to the program or service. Depending on the user's location and payment method, applicable foreign exchange fees or taxes may apply.
Users may cancel their participation in any service at any time. Each service may have its own specific refund policy, which will be detailed at the time of cancellation.
